As financial manager, your primary tools are: a Binder, Google Drive, the printer, and GnuCash.
Tool | Purpose |

Google Drive | Digital storage of every transaction (see Book Keeping) |
Printer | Printing all transactions, scanning declarations and receipts |
GnuCash | The team's main accounting software |
